Innovation, technology and medicine presentation at Victoria Hall

On Thursday, April 27 at 7 p.m.  the Westmount Healthy City Project and MUHC Foundation will host a joint venture lecture series Innovation, Technology and Medicine at the Westmount Public Library. Manager of the Clinical Research Program at the Gerald Bronfman Centre for Clinical Research in Oncology Penny Chipman will discuss the importance of clinical research., how research comes in many shapes, forms, sizes, and in many disease types. Research has shown that participating in a clinical trial offers the patient the opportunity to be treated with novel and state-of-the-art therapies.
