The community is invited to embrace winter at the 34th Westmount Winter Carnival, a fun variety of outdoor and indoor activities for everyone. Bowser and Blue in Westmount
Wednesday, February 1, the music and comedy duo Bowser & Blue will present the concert 37.5th at Victoria Hall, starting at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Cash bar. Carnival Family Night: Canoe Across Canada
